As a fast-growing digital health company, RxFood is redefining personalized nutrition, and we’re looking for a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead the charge in scaling our reach and deepening engagement across key clinical, insurer, and employer audiences.

A background in healthcare or clinical environments, especially working with clinicians or supporting patient care is highly desirable, as it brings essential context to our work. The Opportunity

We’re seeking a strategic, leader to craft and execute a marketing and communications strategies that builds brand visibility, generates high-quality leads, and drives commercial growth. You’ll bring a deep understanding of our audiences, health insurers, benefits providers, clinicians, and consumers, and translate that into campaigns and content that create real traction in the market.

You’ll work closely with leadership, clinicians, design, and external partners to tell our story, communicate our impact, and ultimately fuel RxFood’s next phase of growth.

What You’ll Do

Strategic Leadership

  • Own RxFood’s brand and marketing strategy, from planning through execution.

  • Partner with leadership, sales, and product teams to ensure marketing aligns with company goals and customer needs.

Content & Communications

  • Lead the development of a rich content strategy and editorial calendar, including blog posts, webinars, whitepapers, case studies, reports, and videos.

  • Formulate and execute RxFood’s communications and PR strategy. Develop press releases, press kits, and core messaging assets that elevate our voice in the industry.

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Implement and manage a marketing automation platform to nurture leads through email, social, and content marketing.

  • Manage RxFood’s website and social media channels to ensure content is timely, engaging, and on-brand.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop compelling sales assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, and solution videos to support our sales team.

Events & Visibility

  • Identify and coordinate participation in high-impact conferences, industry events, and speaking opportunities.

  • Create booth materials, collateral, and post-event reports to assess ROI and lead quality.

Who You Are

You’re a strategic, results-driven marketer with a passion for building brands and a strong interest in health innovation. Experience working in or alongside clinical teams or in environments where healthcare delivery, patient care, or clinical research is central, is highly desirable. You thrive on finding creative ways to generate demand, engage diverse audiences, and turn marketing into a true growth engine. Whether crafting positioning, launching campaigns, or optimizing the funnel, you’re just as comfortable leading strategy as you are executing the details.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing roles, ideally within high-growth digital health, healthtech, or B2B SaaS companies.

  • A proven ability to build and execute full-funnel marketing strategies, including brand, content, demand generation, and sales enablement.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.

  • A strong portfolio of content you’ve led or created, case studies, whitepapers, campaign messaging, landing pages, and more.

  • Confidence in managing digital channels, from websites and social to email and paid campaigns, with a clear eye on engagement and performance.

  • Experience enabling sales teams with materials like pitch decks, one-pagers, and solution overviews.

  • A track record of driving measurable growth through thoughtful, data-informed campaigns.

  • Familiarity with public relations, media outreach, or thought leadership efforts in a healthcare or clinical setting is a strong asset.

  • Comfort collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, leadership, and creative partners.

  • A positive, proactive, and self-directed approach. You get things done, bring others along, and stay focused on impact.

 Bonus Points For

  • Experience marketing AI-powered or data-driven health platforms.

  • Familiarity with the health benefits, insurance, or employer wellness space.

  • Background in digital health, chronic disease management, or food-as-medicine.

  • Experience launching or scaling marketing at an early-stage startup or scale-up.

  • Existing relationships with media, healthcare influencers, or PR agencies.

  • Comfort developing creative assets or collaborating closely with design teams.

  • A working knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in healthcare marketing.

  • Direct experience working in or collaborating with clinical teams (e.g., dietitians, physicians, nurses) to shape messaging or product positioning.
